Notes: Unripe, acidulous berries used in children's games. The children were divided into two teams and each child was given a portion of the unripe berries which were to be eaten without making a grimace. The team less successful in completing the task had to forfeit to the winners and execute some performances for their amusement such as hopping backwards on one foot.
